What is Stray Dogma, you ask?
Once upon a time, a brilliant husband and his lovely wife hosted a podcast called The Studio Upstairs ,www.studioupstairs.net on this show they spoke about movies and etc. However, most of their audience were Christians (being as this couple happened to be Christian filmmakers); anyway, these fine hosts had a tendency to offend some of their Christian listeners (well, that lovely wife did mostly). Some listeners didn’t like that they were Christians, who also happened to be animal activists. And liberals. And vegetarians. And feminists. And that they didn’t hate gays or Harry Potter or (GASP!) even Hillary Clinton. They decided that they would start a new show that would inflame even more people and also maybe help represent those Christians who are not in bed with the right.
Okay, you guessed it. It’s us. We are the fairy tale couple. Don’t worry we are still The Studio Upstairs. We will still do that show and we will still talk about movies and talk to great filmmakers. But now we are also Stray Dogma, and the difference is, if you yell at us over here … we WILL yell back.
